FAQ

How much does it cost?

For $99 you get a private channel at this website and 24 viewer hours of video streaming. 24 viewer locations can watch a one hour presentation or 4 locations can watch a 6 hour deposition or any combination adding up to 24 hours.

What if I go over 24 viewer hours?

You will be billed $1 for each additional viewer hour

Is there a limit to the number of viewers?

The number of sites viewing is not an issue. A recent webcast was viewed by over 200 locations. Of course, you are subject to the bandwidth of the internet connections at the broadcast and viewing locations. If you are able to view the video on the home page, you should be good.

Can all viewers participate in the live chat?

Yes unless you would like some other arrangement like a private room for key participants. Use this form for special requests

Can I produce a 2-way videoconference?

Sure! Or 3 or 4 way. Just set up a webcast for each video participant then request a free conference room where viewers can watch all the video feeds.

Can I get a profesional to help me?

We have a network of professional videographers around the world to handle all the technical details.
